The health of our participants are very important to us.  Lions are no longer requiring sports physicals to be uploaded but still recommend them and a waiver will have to be signed stating that your child is in good physical condition to play and will notify the coach with any health concerns or problems.

Additional costs may be incurred as is typical with athletic programs, including gate fees to games, additional tournaments not covered in registration fees, and other team activities. Please contact the individual sport’s Director with any questions.
